Almost two weeks ago now I was delighted to be invited by Geoff Carter of Hot Radio 102.8 to chat about How To Eat Loads And Stay Slim. We were on air for almost an hour but here – via the magic of the YouTube – is the entire interview but without the traffic news, weather reports, and musical interludes.
We talk about my motivations for writing (my half) of the book, why you should eat the cake when given a choice between that and an apple, the wacky ‘oil diet’, and why this isn’t a diet book at all.
