I love eating out. And it is perfectly possible for an eat-loadser to dine out regularly and still stay slim (or lose weight if that’s your preference). But you need to make smart choices. And you also need enough confidence to ask for what you want. If it’s not on the menu that doesn’t mean it isn’t available.
